Ylivieska’s early childhood education services are mainly handled via the online service.
The operations management system for Ylivieska’s early childhood education shall change from 1/12/2022. The use of Tieto Evry will be discontinued and replaced with Tiera-Vesseli (also known as Daisy).

Ylivieska’s early childhood education will switch to using the Daisy system from 1 December 2022. Practice use starts on 24 October 2022.
The Daisy system is the core of Tiera Vesseli’s early childhood education system. The new system brings improvements to our operations, e.g. in connection with communication, preparing the child’s early childhood education plan and making care time reservations for children. The change of the system causes some changes for guardians compared to our current system Edlevo. You will receive information and instructions about your child’s early childhood education place, and they will also be added to Ylivieska’s website. The practice use of the new system will start on 24 October 2022 for both staff and children’s guardians. Until the end of November, you still have to make your treatment appointment reservations with Edlevo, because the invoicing will still be done through it for November. From 1.12 we will completely switch to Daisy. During the training period, you can already register your child’s care times with the new system and practice registering children for care.
The system includes, for guardians in the DaisyFamily service, e.g:
- lasten hoitoaikavaraukset
- varsinaisen hoitoaikatoteuman tarkastelun
- lapsen vasun
- päivittäisen viestinnän
- sovellus löytyy Play-kaupasta tai iStoresta, mutta voit käyttää sitä myös nettiselaimella https://ylivieska.daisyfamily.fi
NOTE! Children in private early childhood education and early childhood education clubs do not need to make care time reservations in the system!
Daisy-järjestelmään kuuluu myös hakemuskanava eli eDaisy. eDaisyn sähköisestä asioinnista löytyy:
- varhaiskasvatushakemus (sis. kerhohakemuksen)
- palvelusetelihakemus
- muut tarvittavat lomakkeet esim. muutosilmoitukset ja irtisanominen
- eDaisyyn tulee näkyville myös kaikki lapsen varhaiskasvatukseen liittyvät päätökset
eDaisy otetaan käyttöön 1.11.2022 https://ylivieska.daisynet.fi/eDaisy Tällöin poistuu käytöstä vanha sähköinen hakemuskanava Edlevo.
