Akustiikka’s gallery facilities, The exhibition hall
The exhibition hall at Cultural Centre Akustiikka, in Ylivieska, is a versatile and bright space with a surface area of 130 m2, and the walls have a hanging surface area of 70 linear metres. The exhibition hall has four mobile wall elements, which allow the premises to be divided in to two or more parts. At most, the exhibition hall boasts a ceiling height of more than 5m, so the facilities can be used to exhibit large paintings and other artworks.
It is possible to organise other events than just art exhibitions in the exhibition hall. The premises are well suited for meeting and training needs, as well as smaller cultural events. Full conference technology with projectors and Internet connections can be set up in the premises. The exhibition hall operates as the green room for concerts and other cultural events that take place in the main hall.
