Premises booking system Timmi

The Sports Services use the Timmi premises booking system. You can book premises electronically by using the Timmi booking service or by contacting customer service.

In the future, you can apply for so-called direct booking for some of the premises. In this case, the booking is paid through the Suomi.fi service in connection with making the booking. The booking shall be valid once the booking fee has been paid. You will receive a confirmation message of the payment and a door code or instructions for collecting the keys.

Timmi is an online premises booking system which allows you to reserve the Sports Services’ conference rooms and sports facilities. The premises booking system is available to all municipal residents.

You can search for available hours as either one-off or regular bookings depending on the premises, as a private individual or a representative of a company, organisation or community.

Registration

By registering to the booking system, you can electronically browse through the booking situations, submit reservation applications and edit them as well as cancel any previously made bookings. You must be at least 18 years of age to register. Seasonal bookings are submitted in accordance with the application instructions. You can always see the booking situation in real-time.

The booking situation of available premises can also be viewed without registering to the system.

Cancellation

A free cancellation of a booking must be made no later than 1 day before the start of the reservation. Cancellations made later than this shall be subject to a charge in accordance with the price list. These guidelines are valid until 31/05/2022.

Sports Services reserves the right to temporarily cancel bookings. It is the user’s responsibility to follow the booking situation of halls from the TIMMI calendar. For example, events, tournaments and league matches may be grounds for a booking to be cancelled. Reasons for using premises and operating instructions

Searching for regular availabilities

Regular availabilities for the summer (1/6/2022-31/8/2022) and winter (1/9/2022-31/5/2023) are available for application between 1/4 – 30/4/2022 at Kunta-Akkuna (www.akkuna.fi or https://akkuna.fi/palvelu/ylivieska/liikuntapalvelut) Application periods have been specified for the application of regular availabilities. Applications received during the application period shall be processed first, and any applications received at a later date shall be processed in their order of receipt. Note! You can also submit applications outside the application period.

Register as an invidual

When you register as an individual and confirm your ID with the confirmation link you received in the email, you can make reservations and/or reservation requests for facilities.

Register as an contact person

When you register as a contact person, the credentials are confirmed by the staff of Ylivieska Liikuntalaploven on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. After you have received a confirmation message in your email, you can make reservations and reservation requests as a contact person.
